I’m a walking, talking paradox to most people but I get them RESULTS. I want all things in balance so I seek it. Truth but not so gloomy. Fitness but also relaxation. I want the FULL HUMAN EXPERIENCE so I really live by my ethos — “Live Free or Die Trying”

Alex Fernau
Also a Navy veteran, Alex is one of our trainers here. You’ll see him teaching classes every once in a while and he’s available for personal coaching!
Alex specializes in kettlebells, escially in the StrongFirst lineage but makes use of unique and fun mobility drills, crawling and movement patterns, calisthenics and more!
Keith Msipa
From BJJ (at a high level) to guard dog training; every aspect of Keith’s life is geared towards the utilization of the physical body in effort to develop the entire Self.
Keith is a renaissance man and he’s on a mission to assist you towards self-mastery! BJJ aspecific training, martial arts, sandbag work, kettlebells, barbells, general phsyical fitness, etc. he’s got you covered.
He doesn’t just work with high level atheltes either! Even if you’re in a career where you don’t need high levels of fitness, your whole life can change by spending some time around a person like Keith!
