How A High School Athlete Went National After Discovering A Soviet Sports Secret That Skyrocketed His Performance In 2 Months
5 days. 25 hours. Lessons for a lifetime.
If you want to dominate your sport, and do it injury free, while extending the longevity of your ability to compete then you need to undergo a professional strength and conditioning camp at some point in your training career.
PARENTS: if you want to save your child from injury and a lifetime of aches and pains, please, heed these words! Balancing the body, strengthening the weakest points, conditioning the tendons and progressively (and sensibly) increasing force tolerance will SAVE your youth athlete and allow him/her to reach their full potential!
There’s no shortage of kids willing to put in work but what usually stops most of them? Injury and weakness! This camp FIXES this most glaring issue.
My name is Luke Andresen and I got my start as a Command Fitness Leader for NMCB 25 & 26 while deployed in Iraq and Afghanistan. I realized the toll wartime operations (and reckless training) was taking on the bodies of my brothers-in-arms so I took it upon myself to learn from the greatest minds that the strength & conditioning world has offered, most notably; Pavel Tsatsouline, Charles Poliquin and Ido Portal.
I have learned invaluable lessons from my own experiences in war zones, what is required to not only survive but THRIVE and expert level “secrets” from coaches who are widely regarded as the best of the best and I have tested all these methods for two decades on myself alongside hundreds (thousands at this point) of military (including special forces; SEAL Team 5, 1st Ranger, 82nd Airborne, Pararescue Jumper units) personnel, athletes, friends, family and anyone who is interested in achieving their highest physical and mental potential!
In this 5-day camp your student athlete will get exposed to three domains of influence, propelling them into the base of an elite sphere of world-class performers:
Physical: we start with tendons, connective tissues, bone health, reactivity, proper biomechanics, bracing, breathing and then progress to intensity, peaking cycles and how to structure programming for sport.
Mental: the tips and tricks I used to stay calm under extreme pressure, as well as the tools and techniques which have been most effective. This domain also covers mental aptitude in general; providing learning models for rapid focus enhancement and knowledge acquisition.
Philosophical: they will learn to develop a vision of their best future, their highest purpose, setting an unforgettable foundation to ensure they continue succeeding in life, no matter what obstacle is thrown their way!
While this camp will never be able to replace sport-specific work, it will give athletes a window into what is possible. When these “secrets” are applied they will be able to develop a body and mind capable of keeping up with the most elite performers in the world. The only other determining factor is how much they love their sport and how much time they are willing to spend practicing it.
Each day (Monday through Friday) we will meet at 10:00am, a “performer’s ideal” meal will be served (as part of tuition) and training will end around 3:00pm with room for extra Q&A afterwards.
Here’s an overview of the flow each day will follow:
10:00am - overview for the day, expectations, preparation, integrative warm-up
11:00am - main topic for the day, practicals, technique work, etc.
12:00pm - lunch (ultimate athletic meal) + nutrition mini-masterclass
1:00pm - continuation of main topic or topic no. two
2:00pm - final integrations, Q&A, optional sauna / ice bath
Although this camp is equal parts comprehension and practical, its is almost 100% hands on! There won’t be a lot of downtime or endless lecture, but a highly interactive learning system which goes into depth on human bio-mechanics, primal resets, how to rehab injuries and stop them from taking root in the first place, how we can learn from the Ancient Greeks and the Soviet Sports Scientists, alike.
The jewel of this camp is the information I learned from Pavel Tsatsouline on programming for general ability, sport and life. Pavel was a Spetsnaz (Russian Special Forces) trainer in the Soviet Union, which produced some of the greatest athletes of all time. These are the same minds who created Plyometrics and their track record shows clear superiority in longevity, with their athletes competing more than twice as long at elite levels than any other country, even to this day, all the while producing medals and records which still stand from the 80’s!
This is the DOOR to another level, all you have to do is open it. See you there!
NOTE: this camp is limited to 10 students and these spots will fill up fast, space is limited so don’t hesitate to contact me with questions!
